Dr. Mahboob has been a part of the Manchester community for over 20 years. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of Internal Medicine. Dr. Mahboob is very actively involved in philanthropic work and is one of the founding members and member Board of directors of Rawlapindi Medical College overseas Foundation.   

He is a graduate of Diplomate American Board of Internal Medicine and MBBS-Rawalpindi Medical College, University of Punjab, Pakistan. 

Dr. Mahboob has served the Manchester community & surrounding counties, making Manchester his home. Dr. Mahboob currently serves as board consultant of Kentucky board of Medical Licensure. Asisstant professor of medicine at University of Kentucky and currently serves as Medical Director of Landmark of Laurel Creek Nursing Home. Dr. Mahboob is delighted to welcome you to his medical practice. This a relatively small company with a rather large and sincere mission. Neeraj Mahboob Internal Medicine, PSC is first and foremost a clinic committed to providing quality services to our patients. 

Janice has been with Medical Associates for over 16 years as Administrator/Biller/Human Resource Director/HIPPA Compliance Officer/Certified Coder/Certified Biller/Specializing in Rural Health Policies/ OSHA Compliance Officer/Physician Recruiting/Consultant/

Credentialing expert.

Janice has over 44 years of experience in Healthcare Administration from consulting other practices and billing. She worked at Manchester Memorial Hosptial for 18 years. She was the owner of Helping Hands Community Living and owner of Food pantry to help serve those in need.  Has been volunteer for community resources and department of Veterans affairs. Also has been patient advocate for Clay Countians for over 20 years. She also has vast experience from Hospital billing to all types of specialty billing. (OBGYN, Family Health, General Surgery, Oncology, Hematology, Cardiology, Nursing Home)

Medical Associates is very fortunate to have Janice as a member of our work family with all her expertise. 

When not working she enjoys being with family/pets, cooking and shopping! 

Teresa graduated with a Master's of Science in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Eastern KY University in 2007. Since then she has gas on to emphasize her practice in pediatrics, addiction medicine and geriatrics. She offers weight management, medication assisted treatment, CDL physicals, wellness exams, home visits and primary care. She enjoys getting to know patients and their families. 

In her spare time, she spends time with her family. She is avid quilter and DIY'er. You can see Teresa in our office any Thursday or by special appointment at other times.  

Ashley joined Medical Associates in February of 2020. She is a great asset and her expertise to our team helps provide quality care to our patients. As clinic coordinator/team leader she strives to do all she can for each individual patient making them top priority. She cares for each and every one as though they were her own family which is our goal here at Medical Associates of Southeast Kentucky.

Cheyene joined Medical Associates in July of 2022 as a CMA. She takes pride in her job with every patient she encounters. Providing quality healthcare to every patient. Cheyene is a great asset/team player and cares deeply for each individual patient and their healthcare needs.
